I have lived in my new house for about 3 months now, and I still have not gotten a central cooling system installed.
I bought a house, and it’s great, except it doesn’t have a central cooling system! I absolutely wanted to find a house that already had a central cooling system, but I was not able to find a house that I absolutely liked that had a central cooling system. I looked for over nine months for a house with a central cooling system, but I just could not find a single one that I could say I loved. I did find a house that I fell in love with though, the only issue that I had with the house was the fact that it didn’t have a central cooling system in it. I was able to talk the previous owners down a bit in order for me to save some cash to get a central cooling system installed in the house. I was able to talk them down a couple thousand dollars, and that was nice. It wasn’t quite enough to pay to get the central cooling system installed instantly, however it was a fantastic start. I was able to save up the cash within months after buying the house. I have lived in my new house for about 3 months now, and I still have not gotten a central cooling system installed. I really hope to get a central cooling system installed this month though. I don’t know why I have procrastinated on it, but I am absolutely regretting it now because the hot and cold temperatures have been in the nineties, and it is quite boiling in my house. I do wish that the house would have come with a central cooling system already installed in it, however I am happy that I at least have the cash to get a central cooling system now.
