I savor being a new homeowner.
It’s superb to have my own arena in addition to be able to make it a tplot home. I wasn’t sure that would ever honestly happen for me. But, I am fortunate enough to have put in my time in addition to am getting some monetary reward now. Thankfully, I’ll not have to spend another minute in an beach house with it’s limited privacy in addition to exhausting Heating and Air Conditioning. However, I am a bit perplexed by the Heating and Air Conditioning in my new home. For some reason, I didn’t honestly spend money that much attention to how the Heating and Air Conditioning ventilation design was laid out. I should have been much more aware. Had I known, I honestly would have spoken up. This beach house is in a planned neighborhood in addition to not one that I had a hand in designing. In fact, there are 4 weird floor plans to choose from in addition to that’s it. The more the I look at the Heating and Air Conditioning set up, the more I recognize they used the wrong Heating and Air Conditioning ventilation proposal for this house. How does that happen right? But, I have one vent in the master study room in addition to it’s by the door. Then there are multiple vents directly over the dining room dining area. I don’t suppose about you but, I don’t need double the Heating and Air Conditioning ventilation to eat. The builder has thus far ignored my complaints. I’ve politely commanded an inspection more than 2 times. To date, those requests have gone completely unanswered. So, I’m going to go in person to try to get something done about the Heating and Air Conditioning set up in my home. If that doesn’t work, I recognize it’s time to get the lawyers involved.
