I got a jumpstart on the day by going to bed early last night as well as waking up early this day. I am always trying to stay in the present but it isn’t always so self-explanatory to do. My mind will start thinking about my fireplace and how it needs to be cleaned out, or it’ll float off and start thinking about how dirty my ductwork is and how it needs to be cleaned. So I am consistently trying to get my mind back to the present because it loves to go to other places all the time. Like the HEPA filter worker told me, if you spend all your time in the past or future you won’t even remember your life in the end. This makes sense and so I try to be here as much as possible and not daydream about the future or past, and anyway, maybe now I’ll go look at the ducts and see if my HVAC system needs cleaning… See you in the future!

I recently went out plus bought my unquestionably first ever ductless mini split cooling system.

I wanted to make this investment so I could have quality air conditioner in my family room plus cut back on the use of the central heating plus cooling system’s cooling to save on energy usage.

I had the opening of also having the ductless mini split cooling system converted into a full on ductless mini split heating plus cooling system. All I would have had to do was to call the local heating plus air conditioner business to schedule a time for one of their unquestionably plus most certified heating plus air conditioner workers to come out plus covert the ductless mini split cooling system into a full on ductless mini split heating plus air conditioner unit. However, that would have had to have been an additional investment. And I had already spent enough cash on the ductless mini split cooling system itself. So I did not want to make that additional investment in cash to go all ductless with my heating plus air conditioner. Also, besides that point, in order to have made all that worth it I would have had to invest another multiple thousands dollars to get more ductless mini split cooling systems because I would need them throughout the home to go completely ductless. But for now plus for me, the one ductless mini split cooling system is nice for just my family room.

I have an original real fireplace in my home; And recently there were some drastic problems with the fireplace.

I will not get into the particulars or I will be here all morning writing a mini novel trying to explain it all, then however what I will say is that I called some fireplace professional in my local part plus was able to get all fixed plus refurbished; So more or less, my old fireplace is brand new again! It is literally like I just bought this old fireplace all over again. It works just the same as it did when I bought this home almost 40 years ago plus the fireplace is going strong as ever! I was absolutely pretty distraught that the fireplace was going to be dead on me plus that I would either have to go out plus buy one of those new plus fake electric fireplaces or gas fireplaces or possibly even have to get some form of central heating system for my home, then because I did not know it was going to be fixable. But the fireplace professionals pleasantly surprised me with all when they were able to make the nice old fireplace brand new all over again. It was a real nice thing all around. So now I can care about my original real plus authentic fireplace like I was before. I genuinely gotten so used to having a fireplace in my home all of these decades… For it to have been broken beyond repair would have just been heartcutting to me plus I entirely would not have been unquestionably delighted with an electric fireplace or gas fireplace.

This week, while I was outside in the yard pulling weeds, I heard a weird noise coming from my neighbor’s yard.

After listening for a while, I realized it was coming from their Heating & A/C condenser.

If you don’t know what an Heating & A/C condenser is, it is the outside portion of a split Heating & A/C unit. I live close to my neighbor, so I am used to hearing the condenser cycle on & off. And though the condenser is a bit noisy, this noise was unlike the proper noise I would hear. It sounded like there was some kind of metal loose inside the condenser. And after listening for about a minute or so, I realized that the noise wasn’t going away! So, of course, I went over to my neighbor’s condo & let him know about the noise that I was hearing coming from the Heating & A/C condenser… He wasn’t aware that it was making any weird noises. In fact, he said the air conditioner component was laboring & cooling the inside of his condo perfectly fine. I am not sure if he contacted his Heating & A/C contractor, but if I heard a weird noise coming from my Heating & A/C unit, that would be the first thing that I would do. Weird noises usually indicate that there is something wrong. And even if the component is functioning officially, it would be better to get the component evaluated to identify the noise & get it fixed. Afterall, if there is something wrong with the unit, it would be better to identify the concern before it becomes a greater one.

I had to go back to bed for 45 minutes to get a bit more rest for the day.

I woke up earlier than normal as well as did a chunk of my work, but then my eyup grew weary as well as needed a split so I went down for another nap.

I suppose I am nice to go now for the rest of the day as well as in another 45 minutes I’ll take another split as well as head out for a little bike ride as well as a swim.
