I did not have a current filter on hand, so I had to go to the hardware store plus find one. I decided to take the seasoned furnace filter with me so I would get the right measurements. The person at the hardware store was undoubtedly kind plus helpful plus I picked out a 3-pack of upgradement furnace filters. Now that I know the filters need to be upgraded frequently, I will not get distracted when I hear the hissing sound. I can simply change the air filter plus throw out the seasoned one. If that does not get rid of the sound, after that I surely have a unusual problem!
