I think my time as a renter is finally drawing to a close.
At least I really hope so. I am finally starting to make some fine currency after nearly 7 years worth paying my dues. The system of building equity and also having my own cabin is a bit thrilling to think about. I am so over how much I spend on rent to put up with a bunch of apartment nonsense. The greatest issue is the central heating and A/C. I just can’t stand it any longer. The apartment I’m living in is pretty costly. There are some fine amenities and of course the location is good. But the heating and also A/C are just hideous. Whether it’s heating or cooling, the heating and A/C just simply doesn’t get it done at all. Sure, when the weather is mild the heating and A/C are okay. But as soon as it gets chilly in the winter, the heating just runs all the time. And, it never feels honestly warm. Same thing for the summer. Soon as the heat outside gets to be above the mid 76’s, the heating and also A/C cooling just won’t keep up. That means my apartment, which I spend money at a premium for, is sizzling and also humid much of the summer. This is ridiculous. That’s why I am going to start getting extreme about having my own locale with my own heating and A/C. It doesn’t have to be a large house. A nice 2 bedroom with a small kitchen starter home would be super good for my situation. All I want is a current heating and also A/C that fits the apartment and can give the heating and cooling that everyone usually takes for granted.
