I bought a house, however it doesn’t have central air conditioning.
- I really wanted to find a house that already had central air conditioning, but I was not able to find a house that I liked enough that had central air conditioning.
I looked for over 9 months for a house with central air conditioning, but I just could not find one that I honestly liked. I did find a house that I fell in love with though. The only issue that I had with the house was the fact that it didn’t have central air conditioning in it. I was able to talk the previous owners down a bit in order for me to save some money to get central air conditioning installed in the house. I was able to talk them down a couple thousand dollars and that was nice. It wasn’t quite enough to spend money to get central air conditioning installed immediately, however it was a great start. I was able to save up the money within 2 months after buying the house. I have lived in my new house for about 10 months now and I still have not gotten a central air conditioning plan installed. I honestly hope to get a central air conditioning plan installed this month though. I don’t know why I have procrastinated on it, but I am honestly regretting it now because the hot and cold temperatures have been in the nineties and it is boiling in my house! I do wish that the house would have come with central air conditioning already installed in it, but I am glad that I at least have the money to get central air conditioning now.
