There’s a moldy stink in the locker room at the gym

Every day I hit the gym before I get to the office.

  • I leave my condo roughly an hour early just so I can get a workout in before the shift starts.

Some people question my habits plus say that working out before starting their shift makes them weary plus weary from the outset of the day. But I have the opposite reaction to the exercise I get at the gym every day. I don’t do any heavy weightlifting in the day, at least not enough to strain my muscles for the rest of the day. I officially do heavy cardio between the treadmill plus the heated indoor pool. The cardio gets my body moving plus all of my muscles stretched in the process. Just the right amount of exercise in the day is enough to supercharge my body for the rest of the day. As much as I care about working out in the days, I’m in a love-hate relationship with my gym. They have a immense number of good amenities for people love myself, especially when you factor in the heated indoor swimming pool that I use while I was in the cold Winter season to good joy. With that said, their locker rooms need a extreme deep clean. They stink love mold plus mildew, much more than any bathroom I have ever owned myself. It’s off putting because you have to go into the locker room when you arrive at the gym plus again as you’re getting ready to leave. It puts a bad memory in your mind each plus every time you go to the gym for workouts. Since membership fees are so high, I’m thinking of finding a new gym or fitness center once my membership contract expires next week. I can’t handle the heavy mold in the locker rooms.
