Better safe than sorry

On my way home from work the other day I saw a billboard that reminded me that I needed to make an appointment with my local HVAC dealer.

The weather was turning colder and before long I would regret the fact that I didn’t if I needed my heat and it didn’t work.

I made that mistake several years ago and ended up in a freezing cold house for hours waiting for a technician to arrive to fix my heat. The emergency call I had to place for repair was costly and I have since replaced my HVAC system with a new one. I don’t really have concerns that the new system will break down but I would rather have it checked on a semi-annual basis to ensure that everything is running smoothly. My service calls, at this point, are included with the warranty and so long as I maintain those appointments I shouldn’t have any problems. When purchasing the new system I was shocked at the amount of money I needed to invest but having a newer, and well-maintained system really gives me peace of mind and I would rather be safe than sorry. The HVAC dealer in town is really great and they are really accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments. They even offer some weekend hours at the same rate that they have during the work day and that makes it really convenient for people who work 9 to 5,Monday through Friday. I really appreciate this service because otherwise I would have to take off work to meet someone for the appointment and that would cost me in my hourly pay. I recommended this dealer to many people for that very reason.
