I so miss the flowers in spring and planting in the garden.
- I have pickle plants ready to be put into the ground, but even though it is May, both of us had snow the other evening.
Normally I would have our pickles in the ground, and our flowers would be blooming. Although the daffodils and crocus don’t mind the snow, our roses are not so cheerful. I cannot wait until the moderate Spring finally arrives. The problem is that once the temperatures sizzling up, they will go directly from Spring to Summer temperatures within a couple weeks at best. I stood in the entryway looking out at the abruptly melting snow, and I remembered I hadn’t yet had our air conditioner device taken care of. I grabbed our coffee, walked over to the table and picked up our cellphone to call the HVAC corporation.. A space of me was thinking it was going to be a long time before I needed the air conditioner, but then I glanced at the TV that was on. The weather had just come on, and our meteorologist was predicting eighty degrees by the end of the week. He consistently did his mumbo jumbo far-out forecast, and he was saying the eighties were going to stick around for quite some time. I called the local HVAC business and told them I needed repair for our air conditioner unit. The HVAC tech laughed and said I must have seen the recent forecast. I had, although I had already thought this had to be the last snow of the season and I was ready for Spring, summer, and air conditioner.
