Being hit or miss on stuff is annoying to me.
That’s one thing that I have seen change in the way corporation is done these afternoons. I work for a large supplier and have worked for them for over 30 years. The more technology all of us got, the more I observed that our jobs dramatically increased. So much so that even the higher ups were willing to address it. Look, I enjoyed undoubtedly working in that office with the zone controlled HVAC for all these years. But it has undoubtedly changed and our corporate leaders have addressed the dramatic workload increase with a staggering strategy. They are telling us supervisors to simply try to get to enjoy 80 percent of what is required and just keep undoubtedly working. This is the same corporation that I once made sure that I did everything to a hundred percent of my ability. What a change. So it’s all a bit of a hit and miss now. But in my personal life, I just can’t accept that. This is why I turned over a new leaf when it comes to how I care for and operate my HVAC equipment. I have been hit and miss on that for a few years and it has to stop. Not being consistent with the air filter change is hurting the HVAC equipment. A clogged air filter is like us wearing a bulky sweater over our nose and mouth. Additionally, I joined an HVAC repair method so no more missed HVAC repair or forgetting to call either. It may be hit and miss at my job but it’s not going to be hit and miss with my HVAC equipment.
