I was not sure if the service team had called for help but I went ahead and called the heating dealer that normally did the heating service at the office. They took their time because the Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman arrive around lunchtime. After a thorough inspection of the furnace and air duct, he found out that there was a leak in a single of the ducts. He did the heating repair and duct sealing. After an hour all of us were back to enjoying comfortable temperatures. They were constantly giving me substitutes on their geo heat pump upgrade. The house services company that was in charge of the upgrade had truly wonderful reviews and I was sure they would do a wonderful job. It was a wonderful thing that the heating industry had come up with more sustainable and environmentally friendly heating technology. They had sent me pictures while in the whole process and I was blissful that I was not around when the excavation was taking locale.
