How often do you go to the gym?

Personally, I have a workout plan that I have been following for years.

  • It includes going to the gym four times per week and eating meals that are nutritious and healthy.

I got this routine from a personal trainer that I used some years ago. When I first began my fitness journey, I was clueless about how to work out or how to eat healthy. I decided to go to the gym after my doctor recommended it to me. Thankfully, I was able to meet my personal trainer Kim, and she was able to teach me so much about my body and what kind of workout program that I needed. Additionally, she taught me about meal prepping and intermittent fasting and to this day I have used these techniques as part of my health and wellness routine. That was some years ago, and Kim is no longer my personal trainer. She got married and relocated to another city with her family. However, I still use the routine that she gave me all the time and I have been extremely happy with the results. I believe the fasting techniques produce the greatest results, and it is something that I can do when I am away on vacation. When I first approached Kim about a fitness and health routine, I mentioned that I wanted something that was easy to follow even when I was away from home. I have gotten so used to this routine that I don’t need to think twice about it. No matter where I am, I can work out at least four times per week, and I can intermittently fast with very little issue. I will continue to follow this fitness routine, and I’m so grateful that I met Kim who provided it for me.
