My friend who does heating and cooling repairs wants to maybe move in with me, so this would be really nice to have another HVAC tech living with me
My stepmom can type 120 words per minute, as she was a medical transcriptionist for many years and still does a lot of typing. I think I can type about 65 words per minute, but I would love to get up to her speed because I could make a lot of money if I could type that fast. The HVAC company where I work has a lot of writing jobs that I could do, so if I can type very fast I can make some good money there. They wanted me to write about heating and cooling equipment in the past, but I was very bad at typing and I declined the offer. But now I can type much faster so maybe I should try doing it again and see if I can earn a little extra side cash. I would love to buy a new mini split air conditioner for my office, because I’ve been running my main central unit a lot and it’s very expensive each month. I think I could save maybe $150 a month by using the small portable unit instead of the main central unit to keep me cool in that one room that I use most of the day. We have a lot in common and we could have some good conversations about the industry and where it is headed in the future. Time will tell.
