I have never been more frustrated with a local business before than in my entire life.
I never would have thought that in a million years I would have appointment issues with an hvac technician.
All i needed was someone to inspect my hvac system just to make sure that it was functioning properly. I like to stay on top of hvac maintenance because I don’t want my hvac system to ever stop working when it’s the most extreme temperatures outside. I found the local hvac technician in my phone book, I called them and set up an appointment and they told me the technicians name and when he was going to arrive. I decided to take off a day of work so i could be there while the hvac technician was working on the hvac system. I waited and waited and I called the business but no one answered the phone. Long story short, no one from the hvac company showed up. I called the next day and told them about my issue and they said that they unfortunately overbooked and that’s why a technician never showed. I was a little frustrated with this because they never gave me a courtesy call telling me that they weren’t showing up. So i set the appointment for a week later and the same thing happened again, no one showed up. I went on their website to look at the reviews and it turns out I am not the only customer that this happened to. I called them back and told them that I did not want a third appointment and I would be calling one of their competitors because their service was not good at all.
