It’s fantastic to have our own location and be able to make it a tplot home.
I wasn’t sure that would ever very happen for me. But, I am blessed enough to have put in our time and am getting some monetary reward now. Thankfully, I’ll not have to spend another minute in an home with it’s limited privacy and terrible Heating and A/C. However, I am a bit perplexed by the Heating and A/C in our current home. For some reason, I didn’t very pay that much attention to how the Heating and A/C ventilation design was laid out. I should have been much more aware. Had I known, I absolutely would have spoken up. This home is in a planned neighborhood and not a single that I had a hand in designing. In fact, there are 4 odd floor plans to choose from and that’s it. The more the I look at the Heating and A/C set up, the more I think they used the wrong Heating and A/C ventilation method for this house. How does that happen right? But, I have a single vent in the master study room and it’s by the door. Then there are more than one vents directly over the study room dining area. I don’t know about you but, I don’t need double the Heating and A/C ventilation to eat. The builder has thus far ignored our complaints. I’ve politely advised an inspection numerous times. To date, those requests have gone completely unanswered. So, I’m going to go in guy to try to get something done about the Heating and A/C set up in our home. If that doesn’t work, I know it’s time to get the lawyers involved.
