When I had the desire to get into better shape, I thought it would be a great plan to go jogging.

I started jogging around the block, even though I felt prefer I wasn’t doing enough; Eventually I spoke to some friends of mine who happened to be large into fitness.

They would always go running around the lake plus I decided that I wanted to join them. I went running with them for the first time, plus I was having trouble even keeping up with them. They slowed down for myself and others plus said that I could do it, even though I was really dying. After both of us went running, I realized that our feet were in brutal shape. My friends said it was because I didn’t have correct running shoes. I also asked them how they could kneel running out there in the heat. They said that just thinking about going back cabin to the with the ideal temperature control settings was good enough. They even said they would go to get some frozen yogurt on occasion where they had excellent air conditioning for them to cool down plus relax. That all sounded good to me. So I decided to get some absolutely nice running shoes. I also invested in a smart thermostat so that I would be able to adjust the thermostat to the perfect temperature control settings after I was done running. I kept up a correct running routine with our friends, plus I was able to get into great shape after a little while.

I almost thought that we were going to get fall weather for a little while this year.

We live in a subtropical section plus we rarely experience much of a change in seasons, however yes, it gets freezing here, however we usually go straight from air conditioning to heat every year for some reason. We never get real fall weather. I think our Winter is more like fall. But, temperatures dipped into the low eighties Last yearfor highs, plus that is cool for us this time of year plus it is barely fall. We run our air conditioning for another month or multiple around these parts plus go straight from air conditioning to heaters, it seems, at least the last couple of years, however last Winter was certainly moderate plus we only had a handful of freezing nights. But, Last yearI truly turned off the air conditioner plus opened up the beach house for a few nights. And then, just as quickly as I turned the air conditioning off plus opened up, I just as quickly closed up plus turned the air conditioning back on. We enjoyed mild weather for a few nights, however the temperatures soon soared back into the nineties plus the heat index into the hundreds. But, I remember growing up in the north; our mother would have the windows open in July plus November plus we could smell leaves burning throughout the house. The dip in temperatures Last yearalmost made me miss the nights we didn’t have to run the air conditioning or heat, but hopefully we will have a few more nights like that this fall.

It got too freezing too quick… It’s barely fall plus I have already opened our windows plus turned our air conditioning off; My fiance says that the hasty drop in temperature this soon in the year means we are in for a long, freezing winter.

I live in a subtropical section because I can’t afford to live in a tropical section plus I hate the cold, but we might not get snow, however it does get freezing here, then temperatures certainly drop to the forties, periodically the thirties. That’s freezing enough to need the heaters. We don’t have central air conditioning plus heat. When we moved into this fixer-upper last year, the Heating plus Air Conditioning was broken plus we had a limited income plus more pressing things to repair. We have this certainly nice space heating system that will heat the whole house… And it has an artificial fire like a wood stove or a fireplace, and on this heater, we can run the flame, the heat, or both, but, just because I certainly like our heating system doesn’t mean that I am ready for a long, freezing winter. I would rather be able to run the flame plus leave the heat off. But, Mother Nature will do what she wants. I’m amazed how quickly the summer time heat has gone. I’ve already opened up the beach house plus we usually run our air conditioners for a couple more months. I hope our fiance is wrong however at least we are prepared for winter.

I pointed this out to my mother plus she reminded me that it was overheated everywhere, and so, the people I was with and I went. And the people I was with and I spent a lot of time in the air conditioning. Of course the people I was with and I decided to go to the beach, once in the day our first full day there plus once to watch the sunset, however the people I was with and I spent most of our vacation in pursuit of air conditioned venues. The two of us did do a few things that didn’t offer air conditioning. The two of us rode on the open air trolley, plus a single day the people I was with and I rode on a motor boat, plus both activities were bearable because there was a breeze. Besides that, the people I was with and I spent most of our time indoors in the air conditioning. The two of us didn’t want to do the things the people I was with and I could really do at home, however the people I was with and I found things particular to that area. The town was loaded with specialty shops inside air conditioned malls plus the galleries, museums plus restaurants were all well air conditioned. I think the people I was with and I would have enjoyed the vacation more if the people I was with and I could have come when it was cooler. I would have liked to spend more time at the beach. I would have loved canoeing or kayaking plus hiking. There was so much to do outdoors however it was just too hot. The two of us will have to go back at a time of year when air conditioning isn’t such a necessity.

Jack plus I have been dating for about three weeks. He’s a really fantastic guy who works hard but knows how to have fun. Both of us have a lot in standard plus our relationship is going really well, except for one small thing! Jack likes to hang out with a buddy from work. Cake is my favorite dessert, but it certainly is not my friend.

When I was younger, I ate a lot of cake. My mom and dad always had something for dessert each night and I grew up thinking it was part of the meal to have dessert with dinner. I was 200 lbs before I graduated from high school and 300 pounds before college was over. I wasn’t feeling well and I was having trouble with blood pressure and heart disease. The doctor recommended losing some weight and giving up cake. I found it difficult to think about giving up cake, because it is my favorite thing to eat for dessert. I didn’t want to die from a heart attack either. I decided that I would start to exercise instead of giving up cake. I joined a fitness center and even signed up for a group physical training class. I am currently enjoying a spin class for beginners. The instructor is a great motivational speaker and it really feels like we are biking through the mountains sometimes. When this class is over, I’m going to try yoga. I don’t know if I will like yoga, but we can try lots of different group training classes for free with my upgraded gym membership. I also work out with a personal trainer two times a week. He makes me keep a meal planner and I always have to run an extra mile when I have dessert with dinner. He always gives me a hard time about still eating cake, but I’d rather exercise every day of the week then give up fudge frosting and chocolate cake.

I was very nerdy and awkward in school and I had a difficult time making friends.

I didn’t like playing at Sports and I spent most of my time at home playing video games.

I gained several pounds during my Junior and Senior year of high school. Recently, I decided to get in better shape so I can shed some of those pounds. I enjoy many outdoor physical activities like hiking, jogging, surfing, and paddle boarding. Still, I thought it was important to work with a fitness trainer to help me stay focused. The fitness trainer suggested that I keep a planner everyday. Inside my fitness planner, I keep a log of all the exercises that are performed each day. I work out 7 days a week for at least 20 minutes during each session. Five of those days I workout for 60 minutes oh, but I always loved some type of exercise every single day. I also keep a journal of everything that I eat inside of my fitness planner. It’s easy to be responsible for the items that I eat when I can see them on a piece of paper. The fitness trainer has taught me some great ways to stay healthy and fit and I have also learned how to make some tasty and healthy meals. I can make baked salmon with herb rice that looks like a restaurant would serve the dish. I also perfected cooking chicken on the grill. I hope to lose 30 lb over the next 3 months and that means that I need to stay focused and continue to train with determination and motivation.
