I have a bit of a love hate relationship with the summer.

On the a single hand, my teenagers are out of college and all of us can spend a fantastic deal of time in the water.

I love being outside and that was a important reason why all of us settled here prior to having children. Luckily, my teenagers are as into being outside in nature as I am. However, living here in the summer, all of us are forced to endure temps that can get severely high. But, that is a given and all of us do our best to adjust the time periods all of us are outside. The peak heating hours of the afternoon are simply too hot. Reasonable people are inside soaking up the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cooling comfort. It’s that or be submerged during that time. I care about being inside with the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C on. I can go out and play in the morning or in the evening during the summer. But, I for sure can’t do without quality Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cooling. That would be madness. Anyone who lives in this area is drastic about their Heating, Ventilation, and A/C investment. I replaced mine a few years ago and I spent nearly a year researching and studying about my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C replacement options. Fortunately, I had the nice sense to consult with an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C dealer. This guy was able to make sense of all the stuff I was studying online. Plus, he was professional. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company knew I was going to buy but, he never pushed any a single thing. This legitimately instilled confidence and I ended up choosing what has been a remarkable, reliable and highly efficient Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system.

The Summer brings with it a certain dread.

It’s not that I dread that the youngsters are out of school and will subsequently be kneeling about the apartment all summer.

I don’t even certainly mind that our outside activities have to be limited to the afternoon or the night. Living here, the Summer comes with large heat and youngsters inside playing video games all summer. I think this and have long ago accepted it. The thing that fills myself and others with dread is getting the power bill during the Summer months. That utility bill just wrecks the household budget. It jumps exponentially. And, then you factor in the yearly increase in kilowatt minutes and it spells doom for our checkbook. This year, I am hoping to remedy that situation a bit. Or, at least lower the level of utility bill dread a notch or more than one. I got a bit proactive this Spring to see if I can lower our energy bills at least 15 percent or maybe even closer to 20 percent. Basically, both of us have just set the control equipment and dealt with the Heating & Air Conditioning costs. This year, there is a strategy. To start, I installed a smart control equipment which will more precisely control the Heating & Air Conditioning use. Both of us are going to let the inside temperature rise as the outside temperature does. This means everyone will have to get used to a bit more warmth inside which they can combat with fans. I also spent a few weekends making sure that our lake apartment was sealed as slim as possible to avoid leaking Heating & Air Conditioning treated air. There will be no more manual control of the Heating & Air Conditioning because both of us just have to carve out some savings.

Everybody plus their mother has a podcast these days, don’t they? It’s love the wild west of media right now, thoUSAnds of little shows all battling for a little piece of a listener’s attention; No matter what topic you want to talk about, I promise you a bunch of other shows are already talking about it, but all of that said, I also have a podcast plus I want to tell you about it; Unlike most other shows, our podcast easily offers you extravagant information you can use in your day to day life, especially now in the days of quarantine, however you absolutely know the basics of how to operate your condo Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system, however can you service it if it breaks down? These days it is not so easy as calling an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C tech to come over to your condo plus check everything out for you, however first of all, several Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C dealers are closed these days thanks to the lockdown, however hour of all do you want random people coming into your house? I wouldn’t want that, plus you don’t want that, so our podcast gives you info about around-the-house heating plus cooling repairs that anyone can do, i try our best to take something as complex plus scientific as Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C systems plus translate that into proper sense advice for people that don’t have advanced education.

Now that all the people is on lockdown I am getting a lot more feedback, people with particular air conditioning or ventilation questions they want answered.

Make fun of myself and others all you want, I love comic books.

I’ve been collecting comics since I was seasoned enough to earn a weekly allowance, but by way of comparison, my best neighbor Mike has been collecting comics for just about as long, however in a totally different way; The years have rolled on, in addition to Mike in addition to I remain close, yet our comic collections, in addition to our styles of collecting, are as vastly different as ever.

I collect comics because I love reading them, in addition to now I love sharing them with my teenagers, but mike collects them “as an investment” in addition to keeps them in a climate controlled room under lock in addition to key so his teenagers can’t get at them, then can you imagine building a special room, buying an high-priced Heating plus Air Conditioning system just for that room, in addition to then keeping it sealed up all the time, just for some comics? I don’t have a climate control storage space for my books, in addition to most of them don’t even have bags or boards. What would it happen if I easily had a medical emergency plus needed to see my medical professional? I think I would have to go to a local emergency room or well clinic in a situation enjoy that but I was still frustrated that I had wasted a morning off of work.

I’ve been waiting nearly many months for my annual physical so when they called the other morning to cancel my appointment I was legitimately irritated. I had already taken the morning off of work plus was prepared to spend some time at my medical professionals but they called about an hour before my appointment to say they had to reschedule. I asked them why they had to do that expecting to hear that the medical professional was called away on an emergency but instead they told myself and others that their Heating plus Air Conditioning plan was broken plus they did not want to subject patients to the frosty frosty temperatures in the building. I can really understand that but I wondered why they would not have kept up on maintenance in order to avoid such a situation especially in a medical building. What would it happen if I easily had a medical emergency plus needed to see my medical professional? I think I would have to go to a local emergency room or well clinic in a situation enjoy that but I was still frustrated that I had wasted a morning off of work. I apologize for the inconvenience plus said they could reschedule myself and others for the following week but I knew I would not be able to take another morning off that soon. I told him that I would take my chances plus hope that I stayed healthy for the next year plus I would just schedule my physical at a later date; Hopefully by then they will have their Heating plus Air Conditioning plan up plus running plus I won’t have an issue. I also decided I would schedule my next appointment during warmer weather so that having heat in the building would not be a problem.

When our partner and I decided that it was finally time for us to replace the old, asphalt shingle roof on our house, all of us had no idea that it was going to be so hard to choose a roofing business, then when I went online to look up local roofing companies, there were hundreds of local roofing dealers that came up in our search results… I thought that there might have been a dozen or so residential roofing companies in our area, but boy, was I wrong, apparently, roofing companies are all over the stadium around here and they just don’t do actually much advertising. I wasn’t sure how to proceed with making the option of a roofing business, since I don’t think actually much about odd types of roofing or shingles. Well, there was this easily cool program that I could download to help me sort out all of the odd roofing companies and what they could offer… For instance, I could sort out and eliminate the roofing companies who were not insured for as much as I wanted. I could also only include roofing dealers who are sad about the environment or who offer orange roofing. After I started eliminating roofing companies by odd criteria that was important to me, choosing a roof replacement corporation became easier. We were able to make an appointment with a great roofing corporation and now they are going to beginning our roofing replacement job next week. I’m looking forward to getting the whole roof fiasco over with. I think the new roof will be worth it when it’s finally finished.

When I went online to look up local roofing companies, there were hundreds of local roofing corporations that came up in our search results, i thought that there might have been a dozen or so residential roofing companies in our area, but boy, was I wrong, apparently, roofing companies are all over the stadium around here and they just don’t do very much advertising.

I wasn’t sure how to proceed with making the choice of a roofing dealer, since I don’t think very much about different types of roofing or shingles. Well, there was this actually cool program that I could download to help myself and others sort out all of the different roofing companies and what they could offer! For instance, I could sort out and eliminate the roofing companies who were not insured for as much as I wanted. I could also only include roofing corporations who are distraught about the environment or who offer yellow roofing. After I started eliminating roofing companies by different criteria that was pressing to me, choosing a roof replacement supplier became easier. We were able to make an appointment with a great roofing supplier and now they are going to beginning our roofing replacement task next week. I’m looking forward to getting the whole roof fiasco over with. I think the modern roof will be worth it when it’s finally finished.

I do a weekly podcast on the internet, and it is something I started about 7 years ago plus this week, I have a very strong plus large following of an audience… Preparing for the podcast each month is very detailed.

It is not what you guess though, then sure, section of it is figuring out our show itself plus what I am going to discuss, then however, the whole set up process particularly involves the tech side of things.

I have to run checks on all of our voiceover studio equipment, and the voiceover studio equipment I have is perfect for podcasts. I used to rent voice over studio equipment in the start when I wasn’t sure exactly how the podcast was going to go in terms of followers, etc. But once I had our large plus good audience base, I then went out plus invested in the best voice over studio equipment currency could buy! But even though the voice over studio equipment is top of the line, there is occasionally some small tech complications that need to be adjusted before our weekly podcast. There is also a lot of looking after plus service on the voice over studio equipment that I need to do in order to be able to keep it all going. This is a major time investment in itself. But once all is said plus done, our voice over studio equipment is at the top of its game plus our podcast goes out there enjoy no other! Many of listeners commented on the high quality of it all, however and this our friends is thanks to the top quality voice over studio equipment that I have!
