When my hubby and I first purchased our house I have to admit that I wasn’t the happiest when I found out that it had a basement. I have never liked the basement, or basements in general. Attics are not much better either. I haven’t liked basements since I was a kid. My parents had a basement and my friends had a basement in their house as well. All these basements had 1 thing in common: they were dark, cold, damn, and creepy as can be. If I am being honest, I have to admit that I still do not love basements. I may be well into my forties however my do not like of basements hasn’t changed. So when my hubby asked myself and others to retrieve some of the laundry that was down in the basement I reluctantly agreed. One of the things that both of us plan on renovating in this house is getting the washer and dryer moved into the laundry room on the first floor of the house and out of the basement. I do laundry every Thursday and I hate nothing more than sitting in that basement doing it. It’s not the laundry itself, it’s just how creepy it is. I could have the heating idea on full blast, and it would still be icy chilly there. It’s love the Heating and A/C idea doesn’t exist in the basement. It’s consistently a appealing feeling too when I am finished running back up those stairs and suppose the warmth of the heating system when I am done doing the laundry.

I’ve consistently been entirely meticulous about keeping my house clean.

I have kids so I suppose love it’s pressing to have a wipe environment for my kids to grow up in, plus he wants to live in a dirty environment? I guess I sure don’t.

However, recently there has been a bit of a problem. I have noticed that despite all the cleaning I have been doing I have been feeling sick. I have noticed the smell is mostly coming from the bedroom and my children are now refusing to sleep in their rooms because the smell is making them sick. I have cleaned their rooms top to bottom, at first I thought that they just weren’t doing a nice job cleaning their room and there was some rotten food or something anywhere in there. My kids have a bad half of taking food into their room and eating it and forgetting to throw it away and it gets nasty pretty quickly. I have told them over and over they are not allowed to have food in there however sometimes they sneak food in anyways. However they were insistent that they hadn’t done anything wrong and that they would been keeping their rooms wipe and when I looked at the rooms they seemed clean. But I decided to do a deep cleaning myself just to see if there was something in there that they were missing. But there was nothing, the room was spotless. I was left confused and scratching my head. If the room was spotless what was that bad smell? I then noticed that the bad smell was coming from the heating and A/C vent. That is when it occurred to myself and others that it must be coming from the Heating and A/C ducts. I called him heating and air conditioner company instantly and they came out and tested the issue. Turns out there been mold growing in the air ducts.

I live in the south so the heating and a/cs are combined in some of the Heating and A/C units that they had on display that they announced that you could win were actually nice. You even have the opportunity for numerous entries to increase your odds of winning. The idea they had in location was pretty easy, you got 1 free sign up for your first entry! Every entry after that you got for buying 1 Heating and A/C product. I was able to get three entries into the contest that afternoon because I purchased a disposable air filter, and a window air conditioner component that I have been needing for some time. The contest was due to end in 1 week. That month came and went entirely quickly and before I knew it they were announcing the winner of the contest. Imagine my shock when I got a phone call saying that I had 1. There were 3,000 people in that contest and I never imagined that I would absolutely win! Because I had three entries I had a 3 in 3,000 opportunity to win. I guess this month was my fortunate afternoon. I got asked to come down to the heat and A/C company to choice out what brand up-to-date Heating and A/C component I wanted. The contest not only ended well for myself and others it ended well for the heating and A/C company too, they had an uptick in shoppers because of the contest and so they started doing it every year.

I found the strangest thing in my yard this week.

My partner had been getting on to myself and others for a while about trimming some of the trees in the back. All of us have a whole bunch of trees that are out in the entirely back of the yard by the fence. These trees were actually fast and actually tall and they are appealing trees however they have so many limbs that the limbs end up covering up everything including the fence. So my partner was asking myself and others to go and trim the low hanging limbs off of the tree. So I went out there and cleared out all those loose limbs. With all those extra limbs clear there was a lot more back behind those trees that I could see that both of us hadn’t n’t been able to see before. One of the things I found that was surprising was there was a well back there, there was a full-blown well with water in it and everything in our yard. As if that wasn’t news enough I also found a discarded window A/C in the yard, however unfortunately, the aged air conditioner component was too broken to be used. So I had to throw it away however it was interesting to see what kind of things both of us absolutely had lying around in our yard that we have never even knew that were there because of all those extra tree limbs. Speaking of heating and cooling, I was pretty hot and sweaty after all that toil so going inside the house to love my own appealing air conditioner was love a blessing.
