If you fail to do this, the worst will happen at a time that you least expect and cause a lot of inconvenience. I have had many heating technicians come through my house for heating repair. During these moments, I always ask the HVAC professional questions, and over the years, I have picked up a fair share of guidelines and energy-saving tips. One of the tips I have picked up over the years is regular heating maintenance on any heating device. I value indoor comfort, and to maintain this, I have experts from the heating company help me to keep the HVAC installation in good condition. Before I learned proper care, the electric heater had acted up several times. I even had the same wireless thermostat malfunction in the middle of an essential brunch I had organized for my family and friends. It wasn’t pleasant. Luckily, it was midday, so I called the heating dealership. The heating specialist arrived and fixed the problem in under an hour. He also came with the filter I ordered because I would not let another embarrassment befall me. The guests did not feel the full effects of the furnace breakdown because I noticed early enough and switched on the fireplace. Also, the repairman came on time. Our brunch went well, and some family members stayed over for the weekend. It was one of the best weekends I had had in a long time.

I don’t think there is going to be any rain today so it should be a good day of music for our band in a couple more hours.

I am looking forward to getting out and playing the drum again as it has been two weeks now since we’ve played anything and I am getting antsy to do so. The streets are pretty busy out there and it should be a memorable day of HVAC rep music as we always have a good crowd to cheer us on. All of the shops are packed right now with tourists and it will stay busy out there till the sun goes down around 9pm tonight. We are both heating reps and we like to sing about air conditioning on hot days to give people something to sing about. We will play for as long as our voices can go today and maybe make a little money in the process. Tomorrow we are playing at this local business and so we need to save some voice for tomorrow as well. If all goes well we should pull in a couple hundred bucks this weekend, which is icing on the cake for doing something that is so fun. I am a cooling expert by trade but music really is where my heart lies, but I will still work on cooling equipment during the week to help fund our band’s future. We need things like business cards and instruments, all of which cost money.

I am going to this local business soon to get some batteries for my portable HVAC system in case the temps drop while we are playing.

I’m just flowing through the workday and watching my work get done on its own accord. I am almost like a spectator watching and the words just magically are appearing on the screen with my dancing fingertips over the keyboard. I used to type really slowly with two fingers, kind of like my dad did up until the end a couple of years ago, and now it is a lot different with all of the practice I have put in. I will work for another half hour and then I am going to hit the yoga mat for a bit. Central air conditioning keeps me cool in the flat today while I get my work done in time for our band to do its thing. We will be meeting up in about two hours and I want to have all of my daily chores and work done by then. I am going to this local business soon to get some batteries for my portable HVAC system in case the temps drop while we are playing. It is really cool out now for nearing the end of May and I think we will have a few more cool days before it really gets hot, but I still need the air in my flat because the heat comes through the windows and makes it too hot in here. I guess they call it the greenhouse effect when the inside is heating up more than the temp outside. It won’t be long before we need air con all day and night though, so I am enjoying the moderate temps now.

I just read some crazy Bitcoin stories, some good some bad, but all in all they are just some crazy stories.

Some people bought pizzas or happy meals for thousands of Bitcoins when they were worth pennies and nobody thought they would amount to much.

I can’t imagine spending 5000 coins on a pizza when today that would have been worth over a billion dollars. Another guy tossed his computer in the garbage which had thousands of Bitcoin and he can’t access them unless he finds the computer, which is aptly located somewhere in the bottom of a huge dump. Heating and cooling work would be tough to do each day if I knew I had 8000 Bitcoins sitting in a dump waiting to be found. I think it has been like 11 years since he tossed the hard drive in the garbage and I am sure it is beyond repair and those coins are lost forever. Talk about sleepless nights, wow! Imagine how many HVAC companies you could buy with 220 million dollars, but I guess that is just a dream because the HVAC tech who lost it isn’t allowed to look for it according to the local government where he tossed it away. I am sure the hard drive is destroyed by now after sitting in the wet nasty dump for over ten years. So now the guy has to clean ductwork for ten bucks an hour while his 216 million dollars sits at the bottom of the earth lost for eternity. I am happy I never bought any coins.

It is still quite cool out though and the really hot weather looks like it won’t be here for another month or so, which is nice because after that it will only be hot for about two months before the fall brings in the cooler weather

My cats are in my bedroom all cozy on the fluffy comforter and settling in for a long day of sleeping. It is quiet and safe back there and they like to sleep there while I am in the front office working and making money to support them. I want to come back as a cat in my next life so that I can lay around all day while someone works for me for a change. It is an easy life and it seems like a good one for me after all of this work in this lifetime. My heating contractor is open today and I am going to pop in later to see if they have any space heaters for sale as I could use one in my bathroom for the coming winter. We have no heat in both bathrooms and in the winter it can get quite frosty in there especially after you take a shower in the wintertime. I am not sure they will have any heating devices left though because it is nearing the end of May and the cold weather is pretty much just a memory now. It is still quite cool out though and the really hot weather looks like it won’t be here for another month or so, which is nice because after that it will only be hot for about two months before the fall brings in the cooler weather. The space heater would be great when those colder days come though so I am hoping that the HVAC business has one or two left on sale.

New HVAC equipment

Today is a breezy one out there but we still have a ton of tourists walking around the streets, which means we could end up making some good money when we play music later in this very busy spot. I am going to ride my bike down there in a little bit to see if anyone is playing in the spot, and if they are then we will have to go to plan b and find another spot. We have a good spot on the beach that is even more crowded but the wind could be a problem. Cooling down in the wind is nice when you are playing drums because your body is always heating up from the physicality of playing the drums. I hope the first spot is available and then we don’t have to worry about the wind being an issue because it is sheltered from the wind for the most part. But a lot of musicians like to play the local business spot because it has good acoustics and a lot of people walking by, and on a good day you can make more money than an HVAC tech working all day in an office. On a busy day you could pull in a few hundred bucks if you stay out there for a few hours, but we usually play about two hours before our voices have had enough. I have to clean my climate control system before we play and also do my yoga routine for 15 minutes. I still have about three more hours till my bandmate arrives so I should be fine.

I think next week is an off week for my writing, which means I will have a very slow week unless I decide to try and get ahead with my story writing job.

I could keep writing as usual and get ahead or I could take the whole week off and focus on my music.

We are playing tonight and if we have a good night and make a bunch of new songs then next week I will work on editing them and getting them online. We may play tomorrow too so I may have a lot of songs heating up and waiting to be uploaded onto our website. My HVAC company work is going to be slow next week too so I think I will just focus on music and get a bunch more songs on our site. If we have a good weekend we could end up with 10 new songs, which would give us a total of 34 songs on our site if that is the case. Radiant floor heating is a must this morning with the temps dropping really low out there, and my feet are all happy with this lovely heating device we had installed last year. This will probably be the last time we use the heat because summer is on its way and it is going to be a hot season I think. My air conditioning system is ready to go and I just cleaned the HEPA filter in it too, so bring on that summer heat and let’s have some fun! See you in the sand.

Siblings can be the best friends in the world, in addition to that’s how we’ve regularly been.

In our home, my buddy and I are three siblings.

Our oldest is already living on his own, in addition to I recently graduated from college. Our youngest is still in school, in addition to about to complete his degree. Well, my buddy and I all live busy lives, in addition to that’s why my buddy and I can go months without seeing each other. However, when my buddy and I do, it’s regularly crazy fun, in addition to at times some epic fights. This past winter, my younger sibling in addition to I went to visit our oldest sibling in his home. He’d wanted us to go there before Christmas, but my buddy and I wanted to visit mom first. Our older sibling was laboring during the Christmas break, so he couldn’t make it dwelling to be with all of us. So, on 27th January, my buddy and I drove to his place, in addition to planned to stay there until 2nd January. The first few mornings were great, that’s until our sibling began running his AC during winter. We’ve regularly known he had odd behaviors, but running the AC during winter time was the oddest thing we’d seen in a long time. My younger sibling in addition to I had to ask him why he was running the AC during winter, in addition to he replied that he felt the dwelling was too hot. How? My associate and I were literally cold to death, in addition to had to wear layers of clothes to stay warm. I evaluated his temperature in addition to noticed that he was burning up. That’s why he felt the need to run the AC during winter. Though he tried to resist it, my buddy and I made sure my buddy and I drove him to the ER for a check up because my buddy and I suspected something was terribly wrong with his health. Otherwise, it’s crazy to have the AC running when it is cold outside.

However, Brad felt like a beak in addition to time to suppose would help him find a solution to the crisis. Well, a few mornings before they were set to leave, Brad had to call the local Heating & A/C supplier for help when his Heating & A/C system failed. He’d been out running errands in addition to got back dwelling only to realize the Heating & A/C system was off. He evaluated the thermostat, in addition to all seemed okay.
