When I got the note, I wasn’t sure that it was the case. I almost thought that one of my friends and their weird sense of humor was behind the note telling myself and others that I was now a homeowner. But then it dawned on me that this was registered mail from a lawyer’s office. Suddenly, I needed to sit down in the Heating and A/C cooling of my home for a moment to steady myself. It turns out that an aunt had left myself and my wife at home. This aunt and I shared the same rural community and both of us visited often. She died after living a superb life and went peacefully. I truly missed our visits and her kindness even though I moved on with life as you do. Then that note came. Not only did I get the beach house even though I got the property as well. Again, it took a few more hours in the a/c to easily have all of that get in. It was amazing however the beach house also needed a major update. And that needed to start with the Heating and A/C equipment. Her old Heating and A/C component must have been well over 35 years old. The Heating and A/C cupboard outside was so faded that you couldn’t even learn anything on it. The Heating and A/C company came out to inspect and confirmed that the Heating and A/C component needed to be changed. But the great news was that the air duct was in superb shape so that wasn’t a concern. Once I had the new Heating and A/C device installed, I moved in and I can’t tell you how much this act of kindness has changed my life.
