With this horrible pandemic the world is facing, I do hope that the people I was with and I are able to salvage from this situation okay.

I have seen mixed reporting on this situation, but for the most part, everything has closed down plus only essential workers are allowed to continue laboring while in this time.

I guess you could say that I am lucky because I already toil from home, plus therefore I am not affected as bad as more than 2 people out there. I am able to kick back at apartment plus adjust the temperature control to the perfect climate control settings while I am doing my work, of course now, the workload has increased because the people I was with and I are now homeschooling all our youngsters, plus my partner is also apartment all the time because he is not able to toil right now. It has truly become rather stressful to be honest. The youngsters are busy because they are not used to homeschooling, they just want to go back to school. Of course, they can’t do that because they would be at risk of getting this illness that is going around. I try to point out the unbelievable things love at least the people I was with and I can adjust the climate control settings the way the people I was with and I want, however my youngsters don’t seem to care so much about the climate control settings. They can’t even play with their friends outside because the people I was with and I have to keep to these social distancing measures. I truly do think bad for my children plus all others while in this time. I do have to wonder though, is the illness truly as serious as they make it out to be? Most I have heard is that this disease is no worse than the flu, yet the media reports on it to make everybody afraid, however both of us don’t even want to watch the news anymore!

The summer time brings with it a certain dread.

It’s not that I dread that the teenagers are out of college and will subsequently be kneeling about the condo all summer.

I don’t even legitimately mind that my outside activities have to be limited to the morning or the evening. Living here, the summer time comes with important heat and teenagers inside playing video games all summer. I think this and have long ago accepted it. The thing that fills myself and others with dread is getting the power bill during the summer time months. That utility bill just wrecks the household budget. It jumps exponentially. And, then you factor in the yearly increase in kilowatt hours and it spells doom for my checkbook. This year, I am hoping to remedy that situation a bit. Or, at least lower the level of utility bill dread a notch or more than one. I got a bit proactive this Spring to see if I can lower my utility bills at least 15 percent or maybe even closer to 20 percent. Basically, all of us have just set the thermostat and dealt with the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C costs. This year, there is a strategy. To start, I installed a smart thermostat which will more precisely control the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C use. All of us are going to let the inside temperature rise as the outside temperature does. This means almost everyone will have to get used to a bit more warmth inside which they can combat with fans. I also spent a few weekends making sure that our condo was sealed as tight as possible to avoid leaking Heating, Ventilation, and A/C treated air. There will be no more manual control of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C because all of us just have to carve out some savings.

I have a bit of a like hate relationship with the summer.

On the one hand, our kids are out of school plus all of us can spend a great deal of time in the water.

I like being outside plus that was a pressing reason why all of us settled here prior to having children. Luckily, our kids are as into being outside in nature as I am. However, living here in the summer, all of us are forced to endure temps that can get seriously high. But, that is a given plus all of us do our best to adjust the time periods all of us are outside. The peak heating hours of the afternoon are simply too hot. Reasonable people are inside soaking up the Heating and A/C cooling comfort. It’s that or be submerged during that time. I like being inside with the Heating and A/C on. I can go out plus play in the day or in the night during the summer. But, I for sure can’t do without quality Heating and A/C cooling. That would be madness. Anyone who lives in this area is severe about their Heating and A/C investment. I replaced mine a few years ago plus I spent nearly a year researching plus learning about our Heating and A/C replacement options. Fortunately, I had the good sense to consult with an Heating and A/C company. This guy was able to make sense of all the stuff I was learning online. Plus, he was professional. The Heating and A/C company knew I was going to buy but, he never pushed any one thing. This truly instilled confidence plus I ended up choosing what has been a remarkable, reliable plus highly efficient Heating and A/C system.

Make fun of me all you want, I love comic books.

I’ve been collecting comics since I was outdated enough to acquire a yearly allowance.

By way of comparison, my best acquaintance Mike has been collecting comics for just about as long, but in a totally weird way, and the years have rolled on, plus Mike plus I remain close, yet our comic collections, plus our styles of collecting, are as vastly weird as ever. I collect comics because I love studying them, plus now I love sharing them with my kids, and mike collects them “as an investment” plus keeps them in a temperature controlled room under lock plus key so his kids can’t get at them! Can you imagine building a special room, buying an expensive Heating, Ventilation and A/C system just for that room, plus then keeping it sealed up all the time, just for some comics? I don’t have a temperature control storage space for my books, plus most of them don’t even have bags or boards. I leave boxes of comics out for my kiddos to dig through plus read, plus the only air conditioning every one of us have is the a single for living creatures, and he sees comics as a commodity that he might sell a single day, so he actually wrote the Heating, Ventilation and A/C system off on his taxes, however I see comics as fun plus immersive works of art. It does sort of bug me that he spent more currency on a temperature control system for comic books he will never study than I spend on food for an entire year.

A modern gym opened up a few months ago plus it is already closing.

I was surprised to hear this but had never been there so I wasn’t sure what they had gave.

Maybe they were unable to offer the same amenities that others in the area were or be competitive enough with their fees! I mentioned how surprised I was. I mentioned they are closing to a single of my friends plus they shared some information that I did not know… When they first open they had advertise that they were a natural gem which did not make much sense to myself and others but apparently they used things that you normally found around your house as area of their workout routine plus they also opted to have the windows open instead of having any sort of A/C… They felt that this was a more normal environment that the average woman would find themselves in during a workout plus they wanted to encourage people to beginning being more active at house along with working out at the gym. I do not know about you but the reason I belong to a gym is because I do not have A/C at house plus I hate to sweat while working out. I can’t imagine any corporation, aside from maybe a doctorry or gardening center wanting to have a natural air temperature in their establishment. If I wanted a location to work out that did not have any of the Comforts of an Heating plus Air Conditioning plan I would simply go to the local park plus go for a run. Why would someone pay a biweekly or annual fee to go plus work out in an environment enjoy that?

I do a biweekly podcast on the internet! It is something I started about 7 years ago and this week, I have a particularly strong and pressing following of an audience, preparing for the podcast each week is particularly detailed.

It is not what you think though, then sure, part of it is figuring out our show itself and what I am going to discuss… However, the whole set up process really involves the tech side of things. I have to run checks on all of our voiceover studio equipment; The voiceover studio unit I have is perfect for podcasts. I used to rent voice over studio unit in the start when I wasn’t sure exactly how the podcast was going to go in terms of followers, etc, but once I had our pressing and fantastic audience base, I then went out and invested in the best voice over studio unit money could buy! But even though the voice over studio unit is top of the line, there is sporadically some small tech problems that need to be adjusted before our biweekly podcast. There is also a lot of looking after and maintenance on the voice over studio unit that I need to do in order to be able to keep it all going. This is a major time investment in itself. But once all is said and done, our voice over studio unit is at the top of its game and our podcast goes out there love no other! Many of listeners commented on the high quality of it all, and this our friends is thanks to the top quality voice over studio unit that I have!

I am not sure if I want to be an HVAC technician.

I honestly thought that becoming an HVAC technician would be a dream come true for me.

Everyone expected me to become an HVAC technician, and that included my father. My father has been an HVAC technician since before I was born, and he started his own HVAC company before I even started middle school. The HVAC company that my father owns has become very successful, and it has always been assumed that I was going to become an HVAC technician so that I could take over my father’s HVAC company for him. I have never even questioned before whether or not I wanted to be an HVAC technician since so many people just assumed that that was what I wanted to do in the first place. When I went into high school, they offered an HVAC course for any of the upperclassmen to take. I took the HVAC course, and I found that HVAC work wasn’t nearly as exciting as I thought that it would be. However, I figured that when I began trade school, I would probably find the HVAC work more interesting. I graduated and completed one year of my HVAC training before I was definitely sure that I didn’t like the HVAC work. I know that I have a huge open door as an HVAC technician, but is that what I really want to do? I honestly don’t think that I would enjoy my life as an HVAC technician. I don’t know what else I would like to try though.

Everyone is out of work besides me, and I am not sure if I am happy or sad about it.

There is a major pandemic that is hitting our country, and whether or not you think that the shutting down of our country was justified, it definitely happened, and our lives have been affected because of it.

Most businesses have closed down, and people have been asked to stay home. Most people don’t have work. However, I am an HVAC technician, and I am still working a lot. Since HVAC companies were considered essential businesses, we were told that the HVAC technicians were still needed. I knew that I would still be working on HVAC units since people still need their HVAC units even in a pandemic. In fact, since most people are home now, they are probably using their HVAC units more than ever before. I have mixed emotions about the HVAC company being open right now. Part of me is glad that my life hasn’t drastically changed much because of my HVAC work. I don’t have to sit at home every day doing nothing, and I am still doing the same HVAC work that I have been doing for years. I am not worried about not earning any money because the HVAC company is still paying me. However, I am kind of jealous that I have to work as an HVAC technician while everyone gets a paid vacation from the government. It seems unfair that we don’t get free money just because we work for an HVAC company.
