My sibling called the Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C supplier four times in the last two months. I assumed he had a bad concern with the air conditioner unit. The temperature control as also a target for my cost savings. I don’t feel I’ve ever managed to maintain that high a temperature control setting before or since. But this year, I’m taking all of my prior experience and going one step further! No more programming the digital temperature control for me. I’m now turning all of that over to the smart temperature control. The Heating and Air Conditioning professional installed this new Heating and Air Conditioning technology when he was out here to do the a/c tune up earlier in the Springtime. Of course, my associate and I try to keep the a/c off as much as possible during the Springtime so my associate and I can acweather conditions to rising hot and cold temperatures. But I’ve got the home prepped and an ready to see just how much the smart temperature control will save me on our cooling costs.

I haven’t constantly been one to feel out of the box. But if I was ever going to get out of my apartment, I had to accept getting creative. That’s just what happened as I joined a group and learned all about ductless heat pumps. The group I joined were some friends that were also so frustrated about not being able to ever come up with enough money for a downpayment on a house. They too were so tired of residing in apartments that had crummy residential Heating and Air Conditioning, no space and limited privacy. The only way my associate and I were going to make our homeownership dreams a reality was to do it together. My associate and I learned as much as my associate and I could about this concept of owning a home together. And my associate and I made sure to protect pretty much everyone’s interests by getting it all made legal by bringing in a lawyer. Once that was done, it was as though the perfect home dropped right in our lap. It’s a ranch genre condo however it kept being added onto. So there are three separate wings off the center of the house. The center of the home now houses a large study room and standard area. And after that I can retreat to our separate residing quarters. My associate and I learned about ductless heat pumps from the Heating and Air Conditioning business who came out to upgrade the central a/c. Since the HVAC duct was shot, my associate and I made the decision to go with the ductless heat pumps. And this has worked out just superb as my associate and I all have independent heating and cooling control. I’m so thankful to be out of condo life and absolutely building equity in this awesome mortgage situation I find myself in.

I grew up hearing the stories, then my dad and my Grandfatherrents would regale me with stories about what it was like residing down here without a/c, of course, I grew up inside a home that had central a/c, and at the time, I was a child who was pretty much impervious to heat and humidity it seemed, and during the Summer months, I was out of the a/c as quick as I could get my chores done and my mom would let me.

I was outside during all the peak heating hours riding bikes, playing games and swimming in a nearby pool.

It was such a superb way to grow up! But I can still remember the tales about having to get up hours and hours before the sun came up just to get the farm work done. Once the peak heating hours came along, there was just no working. All one could do was hope for breeze and find a piece of shade, but well, I didn’t undoubtedly have an appreciation for all that until I went a month without a/c last September… That was the result of me gambling on my seasoned heat pump to get through one more Summer. I lost and had to wait just over 4 weeks before a new residential Heating and Air Conditioning component was installed. That was a brutal phase of time. I found every reason I could to stay inside the zone controlled Heating and Air Conditioning of the office each night. And weekends were spent submerged in my neighbor’s pool. My hat’s off to my ancestors for doing Summer here without any a/c at all. I know for sure that I’m not up to it.

When my associate and I were like a decade from retirement, I feel my associate and I had already chosen just where it was my associate and I wanted to live once my associate and I retired.

That undoubtedly sort of shaped our last decade in our condo region.

I don’t feel either of us were up for the winter time weather any longer. My associate and I were so ready to trade that gas boiler for a heat pump and all the a/c that came with it. Then, it was off to the little bungalow my associate and I had bought down here. It’s right on a small lake that’s adjacent to a fairway. I cherish playing hockey however have come to prefer enjoying other folks play in what might be considered my front yard. In fact, my associate and I are enjoying enjoying hockeyers all that much more this year thanks to the sunroom that my associate and I had added to our house. This way, we’ll be able to prefer our sunroom all Summer long. The a/c will make it feel almost like my associate and I are still outside. Life certainly needs a lot of patience to make it run smoother, which I am just now finding out at almost sixty years of age. My pops always told me “Davo, ya gotta learn to relax”, plus now after he is gone I am finally understanding what he meant. You need to learn to relax, as unbelievable as it sounds, because it doesn’t come naturally plus needs to be learned through things like meditation. I have been trying to learn how to relax for various years now plus I can see the benefits of respected meditation with relaxation. I also try to clear my mind of thought, like whole-house air purifiers clear the air of bacteria and impurities, so that I am more at ease plus can function better. I still have a lot to learn when it comes to relaxation, although I also have all the time in the world to do it. It has helped me a lot in life plus I plan on learning the art of patience for the remainder of my life. I’m not sure what happens to us when my pals and I die, however my pals and I will certainly be unbelievable quite a bit at that point, plus learning to do it now is a nice plan for having a very smooth transition. This week is so cloudy! It is a cool afternoon in the middle of April plus I get to relax a bit because the weekend is finally over so all of my beach friends are working once again. It is tough to work every weekend because they are all trying to get me to come out plus play a game when I am trying to finish my work. So the weekdays are a lot easier for me to focus plus get my work done, while the weekends are a bit more hectic. It is Sunday afternoon plus I have time to relax plus do my Heating plus Air Conditioning tech blog writing work while not worrying who is out doing what. I am listening to some fun music while I do my work, which is kind of like getting paid to meditate! I write about dial temperature control units plus other old types of Heating plus Air Conditioning devices while I listen to some instrumental indian music with my earbuds. Tonight I will hang out with my flatmate Sam, who is a nice Japanese chef plus cooks me meals, plus Sam and I will listen to music while resting on the sofa with the cats. Sam is a nice guy plus part of me is thinking that Sam and I should be a couple, however there is another part of me that wants to keep it just roommates. Sam works at this local business plus makes some superb meals for me, which could certainly end up winning my heart if Sam keeps cooking like he does. I guess there is no rush in enjoyment plus it is best to let it just do its thing naturally without rushing anything.

I’m not buying a house anytime soon.

My acquaintance Sam is thinking of buying a $400K house while he is only earning $41K per year. I didn’t Google that ratio but I don’t think it is over ten times your income. I’m done with owning a home as I like to transfer around plus be more free, when owning a home or condo locks you down in more or less to where you are residing. Sure, you could rent it out, however if it is in a certainly nice locale then you can count on it falling apart more than if you were residing there. The a/c system needs to be diagnosed on a respected basis, along with a lot of other things, plus if you aren’t very diligent plus on top of the climate control system it can fall apart. There are lots of things that need to be diagnosed plus the cost is all shouldered by the homeowner. I work for an Heating plus Air Conditioning contractor plus I don’t have teenagers, so for me it is easy to float around, however if you have a family then owning my own heated plus air conditioned home is a superb idea to deliver stability to the teenagers. I am more of a roustabout I guess, although I still like residing in one locale plus not bouncing around unless I am changing venues. I’ve been residing in a flat with a central Heating plus Air Conditioning system for over four years now plus plan on residing in this flat for another 2 or 3 years before I change towns to work for a different heating plus cooling business.

I am going to try & split down on my booze drinking each afternoon. I drink about two glasses of wine per afternoon, which is not a lot, although I feel I would have more energy if I didn’t drink at all. Maybe though, drinking two glasses of wine at night relaxes me plus helps me to sleep a lot better, if I am not drinking them too late that is. My gramps drank a whole box of wine every afternoon for almost 50 years plus he lived to be 89 years old, only giving up on residing after losing his husband four months prior. Heating plus cooling equipment is what my gramps sold back in the afternoon, plus he retired at 54 plus lived 35 more years fishing plus drinking wine at his air conditioned lake house. Gramps had such a cool life with all of the teenagers plus grandteenagers he had, which makes me ponder if I made the right option of having no teenagers at all. I spend a whole lot of time working on Heating plus Air Conditioning systems for the local HVAC contractor plus get to work in houses with families, plus sometimes it makes me delighted that I didn’t have my own teenagers, while other times it makes me feel lonely that I never chose to have teens. I think that working on furnaces is a nice thing for me because it keeps me busy plus keeps me from being home alone plus staring at my whole home air purifying system. I will find my path in life even if I have to do it all alone, well I am not totally alone because I have a very handsome stud I live with.
