I thought about all of this and realized that my friend was right. If I were looking to buy a modern home, which I am, I absolutely want a arena that includes a nice HVAC that will last a long time to come. I certainly wouldn’t want a arena that had a shoddy roof either that only had 5 years left to go. I might be dealing with all kinds of roof leaks and numerous troubles, so of course I would want a arena with a relatively modern roof. So I ended up having a modern HVAC method installed, and both of us were able to add that amount both of us paid to the price of the home, and both of us sold it easily!
