I could never afford to pay for the annual HVAC service plan before now. I am excited to finally get involved with something that will save me a few hundred dollars! The reason it has taken me this long is purely financial. When you live paycheck to paycheck you don’t have the spare money to pay for the annual plan. When you sign up you pay for a year in advance, so while it does save money in the long run, it costs a pretty penny to get started. Now that I am signed up I get a free HVAC inspection and tune-up twice a year, and emergency service any time I might need it. They say “you have to spend money to make money” and that is 100% true when it comes to your central heating and cooling system. When you pay for the annual HVAC plan up front it costs a bundle, but then you won’t have to spend any more money for the rest of the year. This is the sticking point for a lot of people, because they just look at the amount they have to pay, and not at the grand total of savings you earn over the year.
