I haven’t constantly been one to feel out of the box. But if I was ever going to get out of my apartment, I had to accept getting creative. And we made sure to protect everyone’s interests by getting it all made legal by bringing in a lawyer. Once that was done, it was as though the perfect dwelling dropped right in our lap. It’s a ranch style apartment however it kept being added onto. So there are three separate wings off the center of the house. The center of the dwelling now houses a sizable home office plus regular area. And then I can retreat to our separate living quarters. Since the HVAC duct was shot, we made the decision to go with the ductless heat pumps. And this has worked out just good as we all have independent heating plus cooling control.
