I have been traveling so much this year & I haven’t had time to do much around my home.
And now that Summer is almost upon us, I am running out of time to prepare my apartment for the warmer months, and during this time of year, I like to scrub my entire apartment from top to bottom.
I go through my kids’ room & pack a bucket for charity with outgrown clothing & outdated toys. Additionally, I also like to change my curtains, scrub out my closet, & scrub out my pantry. Yes, I take the term Springtime cleaning easily literally, & while in a normal year, I would have all of this done at the beginning of the season. However, this year, I am behind & not to mention that I am yet to schedule my HVAC service. Scheduling my HVAC service is another task on my to-do list for Springtime. Though this task requires the least amount of effort on my part, it is one the most important things that I do every year, & it’s constantly at the top of my list. I like to schedule my HVAC service while in the Springtime because it is slow season for HVAC providers; Plus, I know I gain better service while in this time of year because the worker isn’t rushing through trying to get to the next appointment. So once things settle down, the first thing that I will do is to schedule my HVAC service appointment. Then I will also tackle the other tasks that I need to get done.
