Take breaks from working to prioritize fitness

In the past month I took a huge leap of faith and left my job and friends to relocate to a brand new locale with my wifey, then i haven’t had much time to see where this is going, despite the fact that I have to say that I adore my new life so far.

The best part of it right now is being able to stay at home rather than rushing off to the office every morning to stare at a ipad from 9-5.

I’m still doing a lot of ipad work from home, however it’s far more comfortable than sharing and office with dozens of coworkers, then for example, I can set the temperature control to any temperature I desire, turn on music or podcasts while I work, and take breaks without feeling judged by the people around me. I adore being able to have the air set at a perfect temperature, rather than freezing my butt off because my coworkers like the air conditioner to be set too low for my liking. The other good benefit is that I can alternate between working and getting exercise, which is absolutely not an option in a traditional option; Every time I start to feel chilled kneeling still at my ipad, I can get up and run on the treadmill to warm myself up instead of having to adjust the indoor air temperature, my internally raising my temperature, I save money on powering my HVAC device for short amounts of time. I barely touch the temperature control, and I get to work in the comfort of my workout clothes all week long.
