I guess you live and learn, that has what they always say. I never entirely believed that pressing lessons were seeping into my head when I was younger. However, the older I get the more I look for the lesson in every single experience I have. This is how I can process unfortunate events and try to do better for myself in the future without wallowing for too long. This was actually my strategy last year after I had a major heating, cooling, and air quality control investment take a turn for the worst. You see, I had moved into a new house and realized that the air quality control equipment needed to be updated. I found a high quality Heating and A/C dealership in the section – or so I thought. I utilized their Heating and A/C services to purchase a new heating, cooling, and air quality control system for the entire house. I thought that my Heating and A/C investment would last me the next 20 years… despite the fact that I was genuinely wrong. Within a year all of my air handling devices were not operating properly. I could not rely on my cooling system or forced air heater to keep my indoor air temperature consistent. My energy bills were constantly increasing no matter what I did. Eventually, I realized that the entire central heating and cooling system was a dud. I could have been genuinely sad about this cooling system and heating disaster… But I decided to learn a lesson and move forward, instead. Whenever this Heating and A/C system does finally stop working, I’m not going to pay for another lavish Central Heating and A/C plan. Instead, I will be buying smaller mini split ductless heating and cooling systems. If those break down, I won’t have to face myself in the mirror with so much disappointment.
