Fitness planner helps me stay focused

I was very nerdy and awkward in school and I had a difficult time making friends.

I didn’t like playing at Sports and I spent most of my time at home playing video games.

I gained several pounds during my Junior and Senior year of high school. Recently, I decided to get in better shape so I can shed some of those pounds. I enjoy many outdoor physical activities like hiking, jogging, surfing, and paddle boarding. Still, I thought it was important to work with a fitness trainer to help me stay focused. The fitness trainer suggested that I keep a planner everyday. Inside my fitness planner, I keep a log of all the exercises that are performed each day. I work out 7 days a week for at least 20 minutes during each session. Five of those days I workout for 60 minutes oh, but I always loved some type of exercise every single day. I also keep a journal of everything that I eat inside of my fitness planner. It’s easy to be responsible for the items that I eat when I can see them on a piece of paper. The fitness trainer has taught me some great ways to stay healthy and fit and I have also learned how to make some tasty and healthy meals. I can make baked salmon with herb rice that looks like a restaurant would serve the dish. I also perfected cooking chicken on the grill. I hope to lose 30 lb over the next 3 months and that means that I need to stay focused and continue to train with determination and motivation.
