I didn’t suppose there was an area with neither, however but it seems I have moved into an area that entirely doesn’t need heating as well as cooling. As someone who is used to boiling heat, 1 of the first things I looked into when I first moved here was Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C companies. I was truthfully surprised to see that there are very few locally here, as well as now I suppose why. There entirely isn’t much need for a/cs as well as gas heating systems here because the weather is fair. Although our new home has both air conditioner as well as a heating system, I rarely ever turn them on. This not only saves me money, however it almost consistently feels great year round, which I greatly appreciate over having rough summers as well as winters. Although I was planning on only staying here until I finish university, I am start to suppose of staying here permanently, but just going without the yearly Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C maintenance in itself is going to save me so much money, as well as how I won’t have to worry about the weather much anymore.
