Could shared HVAC duct be the problem?

However, I fear that there is dust plus allergens floating around from a single apartment to the next through the HVAC duct.

Ever since both of us rented this apartment I have been having chronic sinus headaches, and the headaches are worse at evening plus they slowly dissipate during the afternoon. That is because I am not at house during the afternoon, then i have tried everything I could suppose of in order to get rid of the sinus headaches. I have used humidifiers, dehumidifiers, plus media air cleaners; Not all at the same time, of course. I have also had our carpets professionally cleaned plus I have wiped down all of the walls myself. I have even cleaned the curtains. Nothing has helped, then however, I have noticed that our headaches are worse when the heating system or air conditioner are on. If it is a nice afternoon I just leave the windows open plus the ceiling fan on, however on those afternoons, I do not have any flu symptom symptoms at all. That is why I am starting to suppose that it is the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C program in the building that is causing our dust irritations. The whole apartment shares a single Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system. It is equipped with zone control so that both of us all have our own thermostats. This seemed ok. I mean, I can’t decide if the heat or air conditioner is on however I can turn them off for our apartment. However, I fear that there is dust plus allergens floating around from a single apartment to the next through the HVAC duct. I am going to talk to the building manager plus see if they can do a HVAC duct cleaning. If that doesn’t service our dust irritations I don’t feel what else to do. I might have to chop our lease plus find another location to live as soon as I can afford to do so.
