My parents have decided that they are finally going to be putting an addition onto their house.
I keep teasing them about the fact that they are finally doing it after all of these years now that my sibling plus I are finally grown up.
They say that their whole reason for doing it now is because they want to have extra room for the grandteenagers that they want my sibling plus I to have with our wives. I think this is just a honestly big hint on their part! The only thing that I’m concerned about for them when it comes to putting on the addition is the fact that they might have some problems with their heating plus cooling method after they get the additional space added on! Everyone knows that whenever you have to heat plus cool additional areas in your home, then you’re going to have extra strain on your existing gas furnace plus air conditioner unit. I think they are talking to a couple of different Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C providers to see what their options are at this point. They could either put an additional Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C equipment in the lake house to handle the load of the current area, or they could try plus use the a single that they already have. Overworking the existing heating plus cooling method is honestly not a good idea, though. From what I’ve read, they may end up paying more in heating plus cooling bills just because of the extra strain that the current space will put on their existing system. I think we’ll just have to wait plus see.
