Temperature control is necessary for workout

My health as well as fitness are a priority, but i workout for a minimum of an hour every single day… Because I live too far from any of the local fitness centers to maintain a membership, I handle my workouts at home.

I don’t have a room to devote to my workout equipment. I have a stationary bike set up in my bedroom. I keep my free weights, yoga mat, resistance bands as well as jump rope in a closet. I often unroll the yoga mat in the middle of the bedroom; Whenever the weather cooperates, I care about to exercise outside. I like to go for a run, ride my bike, swim or kayak. I unroll my yoga mat on the back deck as well as go through lunges, squats as well as ab crunches. I care about breathing fresh air while I jump rope, but unluckyly, I’m restricted to an indoor workout for the majority of the year, and space is limited as well as I worry about causing damage to apartment furnishings; However, I like the convenience of temperature control. I don’t need to worry if I’m dressed too moderate or not moderate enough. I am not exposed to humidity, rain, wet pavement, traffic fumes or nasty pets. I’m able to set the thermostat to the ideal temperature. I lower the setting a couple of degrees to make the apartment a little cooler for my workout… This makes less strain on the furnace but some extra work for the cooling system… My adjustments affect the whole apartment as well as my family occasionally complains. I have considered trying to create a apartment gym in the garage. There is enough space even though I would need to do something about heating as well as cooling.
