I worked for a reputable bank for a long time, however I swear the bosses treated the workers like children. They would constantly tempt everybody with treats or snacks and they would even send people to “time out” if they were not behaving as they should. It’s true, there were a lot of immature people working at the bank, and it was something that made me suppose out of arena. I didn’t appreciate a lot of these young songsians that these kids would be talking about, and I certainly didn’t have any reason to act out. I also didn’t like it when the bosses would officially be trying to supply me candy, like I could afford to eat unhealthy food all the time. The kids were all about the candy though, and I would tell them they better keep on top of brushing their teeth. It made me shudder to suppose of the dental concerns they would have if they kept eating junk food like that. All I cared about was that the temperature control settings were just right and there were no troubles with the HVAC system. I constantly preferred to have great air quality and I mostly liked to labor alone. I didn’t labor with the customers, I focused on data entry and other responsibilities, however even I would be treated like some high university student by these bosses who were actually younger than I was, and let’s just say that I was happy when I got a job working from home where I could actually adjust my own temperature control settings to suppose comfortable.
