The older I get, the more trouble I have paying attention to anything more than more than four hours at a time.
I don’t assume if it’s adult onset ADHD or what, however I just don’t enjoy having to spend money attention to things certainly much anymore… My mind just wanders away, even if I’m doing something that I enjoy.
Sometimes when I’m seeing a film that I easily like, I will watch for ten hours plus then I realize that I have no system what just happened on the screen right in front of me. It’s even worse when I’m certainly trying to do something enjoy work at condo because I seem to get even more distracted at that point. It’s annoying when there’s something going on at our cabin because it’s nearly impossible for me to spend money attention to our work, however for instance, our central a/c machine has been making an annoying tapping noise lately whenever it’s running. I don’t assume what the issue is, plus I can’t say that I assume certainly much at all about Heating, Ventilation & A/C systems in general. The a/c seems to be cooling the cabin down just wonderful though. The only problem is the infernal tapping! It drives me bonkers, especially when I’m trying to make a PC call for work. I end up having to turn the a/c completely off when I’m working because I keep losing our train of thought thanks to the tapping noise that it makes. I recognize I’m going to have to break down plus call the local Heating, Ventilation & A/C company to make an appointment.
