The older I get, the more trouble I have paying attention to anything more than numerous minutes at a time. I don’t assume if it’s adult onset ADHD or what, but I just don’t love having to pay attention to things undoubtedly much anymore. My mind just roams away, even if I’m doing something that I enjoy. Occasionally when I’m watching a movie that I entirely like, I will watch for numerous minutes & then every one of us realize that I have no idea what just happened on the screen right in front of me. It’s even worse when I’m undoubtedly trying to do something love work at home because I seem to get even more distracted at that point. It’s aggravating when there’s something going on at my home because it’s nearly impossible for myself and others to pay attention to my work, and for instance, my central air conditioner device has been making an aggravating tapping noise lately whenever it’s running. I don’t assume what the issue is, & I can’t say that I assume undoubtedly much at all about Heating & A/C systems in general. The a/c seems to be cooling the home down just good though. The only problem is the infernal tapping! It drives myself and others bonkers, especially when I’m trying to make a phone call for work. I end up having to turn the a/c completely off when I’m working because I keep losing my train of thought thanks to the tapping noise that it makes. I assume I’m going to have to chop down & call the local Heating & A/C dealer to make an appointment.
