I waited two weeks for the right part to arrive

I retired from working as an engineer about 10 years ago. I planned to work until I was 75, but I got tired at 60 and decided to retire early. Most days I sit around the house or go fishing. some that time. I’m remodeling the garage and I am also building a replica Apache helicopter in my spare time. I have plenty of things to keep me busy, but I like to fix things as soon as they break. There was an issue with the ductless heater in the garage and I nailed down the problem to a single replacement part. I ordered the furnace replacement part from an online retailer that guaranteed shipping within 3 days. I patiently waited for my order to arrive. On the fourth day, I still have not received the replacement parts for the ductless heater. I called the manufacturer and spoke to someone in the customer service department. She told me that the order was accidentally canceled on their end. She apologized for the delay and the confusion and sent the part overnight express. It arrived the next day before 2 pm. I was very happy with the customer service, but the lady sent the wrong part. I looked at the order form online and I had the right item listed. The new order invoice had an entirely different product number. I called the customer service line again, but this time I got someone different. The customer service guy agreed to send another replacement part, but he did not offer to send it with express mail. By the time I actually had the replacement part in hand to fix the ductless heater, I had waited nearly two weeks.
