Some evaded issuing a warranty to avoid meeting repair costs in case of any issue. That was useful information because I didn’t know much about ductless AC units. I needed one that would keep the air in the office at top quality and dehumidify the space during hot summer months. Another feature that was a deal-breaker was variable speed fans. I didn’t have a device with low and high speeds because that would limit the temperature settings during different seasons.
