Any a/c supplier who wasn’t responding to customer complaints was a red flag. They’d end up frustrating me if the aircon unit ever broke down. Some evaded issuing a warranty to avoid meeting maintenance costs in case of any issue. That was useful information because I didn’t guess much about ductless A/C units. I needed 1 that would keep the air in the office at top quality plus dehumidify the area while I was in hot summer time months. Another feature that was a deal-breaker was variable speed fans. I did not have equipment with low plus high speeds because that would limit the temperature settings while I was in strange seasons.
