Daniel had inherited the home from their favourite uncle but wasn’t sure how to run it, and her Dad had insisted she keep it and move in rather than sell, then Daniel wasn’t too sure about living in the suburbs but heeded her mom’s advice.
She ended the lease in her home in the village and moved with her dog to the house.
Daniel’s dog loved the house, and there was a backyard for it to run around! When summer time came, Daniel turned on the A/C device in the house. He’d not called a heating and A/C mechanic to check it out but thought there was no issue, however that was not the case because the cooling system wasn’t working. Daniel couldn’t imagine spending summer time in the sizzling and humid house. The right solution was to contact an A/C service company. They sent over an Heating and A/C worker who knew a lot of information about air con service. She recommended Daniel to get an heating and A/C service system that would toil to her benefit each year. The A/C system meant an heating and A/C specialist would come to the home twice a year to repair the air conditioner. Also, they’d prioritize him for service toil in case the A/C device was ever faulty. Daniel was excited to get this substantial information and kept asking the A/C mechanic a lot of questions. The issue with the cooling system was a congested air filter. Not a single one had cleaned the A/C system in a long time hence the accumulation of dust and mold growth. This was an indicator that the whole device had mold growth and needed urgent duct cleaning to sort it out. The heating and A/C mechanic got to toil cleaning the air filter and left it to dry. Next, she checked and cleaned the air ducts in the house, which had debris and mold, and lastly, she went outside to wipe the outdoor heating and A/C system.
