The heat pump outside and a component in the house and garage meant that the renter had free reign on their temperature preferences without interfering with that of the garage. He also installed a wireless control unit. I was impressed by the time it took to do the whole a/c set-up. I promised myself to take it upon myself to teach the modern renter once I found one more about a/c including energy-saving tips. The cooling industry contributes so much to our day to day lives and it ought to be given more recognition and respect to all its works in ensuring that every one of us are comfortable in our own homes. I even thought of decreasing the Heating and Air Conditioning in the main house however that would have to wait for a much later date.
