Our previous home had a furnace as the main heating component that the local heating company had installed when our first child was born. The HVAC duct was older than the heating component and during every heating repair, duct sealing had to be done. The Heating and A/C serviceman had commanded us that if the two of us were looking into getting a current heating and cooling plan to consider a ductless Heating and A/C to eliminate the duct troubles. When it came to inventions in the heating industry the two of us had hit the jackpot. The only thing other than the annual tune-up would be getting an Heating and A/C tech from the local apartment services supplier to install a digital control unit. The plan was more than a decade outdated but it would serve us for decades to come and the two of us would care about low utility bills for a genuinely long time.
