It is because it is so well made that I rarely worry about it ever breaking down on me. However, periodically there are exceptions & one afternoon when I was going to relax I went to turn the air on, I opened the app on my cellphone to adjust the temperature since I have a smart temperature control however nothing happened. I figured the app was glitching & so I went over to the temperature control & attempted to change it manually however nothing happened. What was going on? Why was it not toiling? I knew I would need to call a heating & cooling guy to come out here & repair the problem. The following day I had a professional Heating & Air Conditioning worker come out to my beach house & examine my heating & A/C unit. It was upon inspection that he realized that the Heating & Air Conditioning unit had become severely clogged by stuff outside. When I looked at the outdoor heating & cooling system unit I saw what he meant. It was full of sticks, leaves, & all sorts of debris! Once the heating & A/C professional disconnectd the clog from my heating & cooling unit he instructed myself and others to try & turn it on again. I did as asked & went inside & turned on the air conditioner with the temperature control, but success! It worked; Now I have a toiling heating & cooling system again.
