I only applied for this task to force our new boss into giving myself and others a raise, but that didn’t work.
Max told myself and others to take the task, but the concern is I don’t want to take the task. I appreciate Max plus I appreciate what I do, so I don’t want to leave. On the other hand, this company is offering myself and others much more than I ever expected to make. I have four years experience, but they want to bring myself and others on as a senior Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C tech, with full benefits plus an option for overtime pay. Max simply cannot match this offer… but do I want to go work for a major Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C corporation? There is more to life than money, right? Working for Max feels appreciate hanging out with a friend, plus in between Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C repair tasks all of us will hang out in the office plus drink a couple of cold beers. Max told myself and others that Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C work could be a path to making sizable money, but that I couldn’t expect to get rich laboring for him. Max didn’t have the ambition to push her Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C supplier to the next level, she was pleased to just spend our savings her bills. The real question I am facing is how to approach our career in Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C – do I be appreciate Max, plus play it cool, or do I join the sizable company plus start making some real money? I am easily torn about which direction to take our career in Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C, plus would be open to some advice!
