Growing up, there were many youngsters in the house! Apart from my many siblings, there were also many cousins living with us. After their parents passed away, they moved in with us. We were all like siblings! This was obvious in our never ending fights as well as quarrels, it used to drive our parents crazy, especially during summer. At one time, the fights over the temperature control became so intense that we exchanged blows, needless to say, we were all grounded and punished. Mom and dad also banned us from touching the control device until they came up with a lasting solution. Mom called a heating and air conditioning serviceman to the home to repair the cooling unit. As he was finally working, she spoke to him about the situation in the house, and he came up with a solution. The heating and air conditioning worker explained that mom and dad could get heating plus air conditioning zoning, but we’d have separate control units in each of our rooms. This meant we could each set it the way we wanted and not interfere with the rest of the house. Mom was so ecstatic after she learned about heating and air conditioning zoning since she knew we’d stop fighting. It took an afternoon for the heating and air conditioning crew to come in and set up heating plus air conditioning zoning in the house. After that, our parents sat us down and set some new rules about the main control device in the house. No one apart from them was permitted to touch it. We were only allowed to change the control units in our rooms. Things calmed down in the house, as well as we got along that summer, but as siblings, we knew we’d constantly quarrel about something.
