I’d never known any other life apart from living down at the coast, I was used to waking up at the edge of the ocean and walking to the beach. Never in our wildest dreams did I picture myself living in another site, let alone the chilly mountainous regions, but, since life isn’t set in stone, things change. In high school, we decided to go on a skiing trip, and this was our first time seeing snow. I had to divulge that this felt so different, and the part was so mesmerizing, and for some reason, I always felt like moving to that part which is what I did several years later! When I bought a lodge in the area, it was summertime. I knew this was the best time to move plus get the lodge ready for the winter season! I had gotten to know the area a little better, the lodge wasn’t that bad but required some repair work. That first month in the area, I had to turn on the air conditioner to keep the section cool. But, I started to notice some condensation forming on the windows, and having lived in a coastal section for several years, I knew there was lots of humidity in this lodge. The best way to get rid of it was to install a whole-home dehumidifier. I got in touch with the heating and A/C corporation who had installed the cooling plan in the lodge. The heating and A/C specialist who had done the job told me it was wonderful I had noticed the condensation early to prevent mold and mildew growing in the lodge. The whole-home dehumidifier got rid of the condensation and also made the section more comfortable.
