While I am here in the state at my cousin’s dwelling, the people I was with and I are going to get a price on an up-to-date Heating & A/C appliance.
She purchased this dwelling a year ago for a fine price but it is going to need some updates.
First of all, the air conditioning & heating appliance is actually seasoned & still uses an oil furnace to heat the dwelling. My cousin is constantly having to light the pilot because it goes out all of the time. Maybe the oil furnace is dirty & the light won’t stay lit because of that, but I undoubtedly don’t know about them. I suppose the cooling rep could tell us what causes the pilot to go out but I’m positive he just wants to show us the up-to-date Heating & A/C appliances & sell us one of those. I’m not sure what they charge to install the up-to-date appliance but I guess my cousin will be happy once the seasoned one is gone. She has no idea whatsoever how much nicer & more energy efficient the up-to-date Heating & A/C appliances are these days. She will soon find out once the up-to-date appliance is in & he gets his first power bill. I bet the amount will be roughly half of what he is paying now. I am positive they will come equipped with HEPA filters & all of the latest technology. I just have a window appliance where I live overseas, which is fine with me because the temperature over there is fairly mild in the hot seasons. It’s a totally different story over here though with the overheated summers.
