I still haven’t seen my friends since coming back to the USA.
I’ve just seen some of my relatives so far. I don’t even know if I will see my sisters because they are mad at me for not coming back to my dad’s funeral. But with Covid going on a year or more ago, it made it quite difficult to travel across the world. They’ll come around one day and talk to me again. I’m more concerned about trying to get my money back that I have lost since getting my inheritance, I’m down $40K right now. My HVAC tech friend told me to buy this one stock and it cost me almost half of my inheritance, thanks bud. I was planning on spending that money on a car and a new HVAC system for my house but I guess that is going to have to wait. We need Elon Musk to just buy Twitter and then I will see the amount of my inheritance double in a day. Time will tell. In the meantime, I am going to have to work for the local business and try to start recouping some of my losses. I am not an investor like I thought I was, I just don’t seem to have the patience for it. I think if I work 40 hours a week for the next few months for the local contractor I can make that money back. Whatever, money comes and money goes. As long as I have a roof over my head and some good air conditioning, I’ll be fine.
