I and other board members at the air conditioning business were to go on a retreat to brainstorm new ideas for the growth and expansion of the corporation.
I had been in the indoor comfort business for a while now and I had thought of some ideas that could see the business grow and perhaps be eventually listed in the stock exchange market.
So far we have done a good job providing quality services and improving the air quality of residences all over the state. We had started with one employee, an air conditioning provider and now we had over four hundred employees with different capabilities. We had a/c servicemen handling heating and cooling upgrades while the specialists educated the patrons more about air conditioning and how to correctly operate and maintain the systems. We met up for the retreat which would begin on a Monday and last for multiple days. Some of the ideas presented were to open a training university, where we would qualify air conditioning specialists before they started work at the corporation. It would be an apprentice program. We also discussed expanding our product line to include quality cooling systems such as multi-split air conditioning and many control units. Another strong method was to design a booklet with instructions on respected scheduling of heating and cooling maintenance and air conditioning repairs that would guide patrons. We would provide the patrons the booklets after a new upgrade, but our mission was to take the cooling industry by storm. We settled on multiple ideas that would need to be actualized. Overall the retreat was a success for our business and time well spent.
