I and other board members at the air conditioner company were to go on a retreat to brainstorm new ideas for the growth and expansion of the corporation, I had been in the indoor comfort supplier for a while now and I had thought of some ideas that could see the company grow and perhaps be eventually listed in the stock exchange market, and so far we have done a fantastic job providing quality services and improving the air quality of residences all over the state, and we had started with one employee, an air conditioner provider and now we had over a hundred employees with different capabilities.
We had air conditioner servicemen handling heating and air conditioning upgrades while the specialists educated the customers more about air conditioners and how to respectfully operate and maintain the systems.
We met up for the retreat which would begin on a Wednesday and last for multiple days. Some of the ideas presented were to open a training school, where we would qualify air conditioner specialists before they started working at the corporation. It would be an apprentice program. We also discussed expanding our product line to include quality air conditioners such as multi-split air conditioners and several thermostats. Another strong plan was to design a booklet with instructions on usual scheduling of heating and air conditioning service and air conditioner repairs that would guide customers. We would provide the customers the booklets after a current upgrade, but our mission was to take the cooling industry by storm. We settled on multiple ideas that would need to be actualized. Overall the retreat was a success for our company and time well spent.
